Can't recommend highly enough for a fleeting moment

Delicious breakfast, spacious room, with vegetarian options such as haggis, and quiet location despite being on the main road, making it easy to explore the city.

    Everything was spot-on.

    hearty breakfasts
    spacious rooms
    heavy rain

Great stay with friends! We enjoyed our time here, especially the hearty breakfasts and spacious rooms. We visited Moray Golf Club and had fun exploring the area. Lyn and Lee were so helpful, giving us tips and making sure we were comfortable. Don't miss the local distilleries. they're a short drive away!

The only downside was the heavy rain during our walk from the train station, but it cleared up quickly once we arrived. I suggest bringing an umbrella just in case!

The King Room with Garden View was spacious with a comfortable bed that felt like a cloud after a long day. The quietness in the room was a pleasant surprise, especially given its proximity to a main road, allowing for a peaceful sleep.

The only hitch was the limited parking—only accommodating about 3-4 vehicles, which could be a hassle during busier periods. while the heavy duvet would be great in colder weather, it felt a bit stifling for warmer nights. Plus, the tea maker was somewhat complicated to use, making a simple kettle a more user-friendly option for tea lovers.

    friendly hosts
    delicious breakfast
    great location
    lack of baby amenities

We had an amazing time at this lovely guest house. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, especially considering our large family, including babies. The breakfast options were plentiful, highlighting local flavors, and the location made it easy for us to explore Elgin and nearby attractions like Moray Golf Club.

My wife says that there could be more baby-friendly amenities available.

My stay at this lovely guest house was truly memorable. The room was beautifully appointed, and I can confidently say it's home to the most comfortable bed I've ever experienced! fabulous hosts
    spacious room
    rainy walk

Lyn and Lee were fabulous hosts and made me feel so welcome. The room was more spacious than I expected with a private bath! I loved relaxing in the beautiful garden area among the flowers and enjoyed sipping my morning coffee outside. The only thing I wished for was sunnier weather on my walk from the train station, but it didn’t dampen my stay at all! ☕

    spacious room
    comfy bed
    unnecessary chairs

The King Room with Garden View was spacious and super comfy. The bed was a dream to sleep on, and the quietness, despite being near a main road, was a nice surprise. The only thing was maybe a bit too much furniture in there, like one or two chairs we didn’t really need. But overall, it was a cozy spot to relax after a day out. Totally enjoyed my stay!
